Can I also make a reservation for less then 3 days?

Can I also make a reservation for less then 3 days?
·    Yes, but in each case 3 days are deducted from the package balance (the minimum booking is always 3 days)

 

If there are only 1-2 days left in my package, can I make a reservation in this case?
·    Yes, in this case you can of course use up your residual days (reservations just by telephone +34.971.434.222) without having to make a minimum reservation of 3 days.

 

Is it possible to use up my residual days also after the year has ended?
·    Generally speaking No, but we do allow a certain period of grace which you can find out about from our head office if necessary. (Tel.+34.971.434.222)

 

Can I make several bookings from my package for the same period?
·    Yes, in this case the corresponding days are deducted accordingly from your package (e.g. 2 vehicles for in each case 4 days – in total 8 days deducted from the package)

 

Can I enter a total of more than 4 drivers in my package?
·    Yes, additional drivers can be entered at a cost of in each case 10 euros per package (as from the 5th driver). Please let us know about this when you are making the reservation!

 

Can I transfer / take over remaining residual days into a new package?
·    Yes, these days can be taken over without difficulty if the categories match. (for more then 10 days contact our reservation office +34.971.434.222)

 

How can I pay for the extra days if my reservation exceeds the remaining days in my package?
·    The missing days can be paid for locally at the corresponding valid local price (as from 7 days) less the 15% discount (see customer card section).(Offers do not qualify for a discount!) 

 

Can I extend or shorten the contract during my stay?
·    Yes, in any of our TUI Cars offices! (Please note the season and opening times.) We cannot extend a contract on the telephone for insurance reasons. If the time is shortened the corresponding days will be credited to you package on return of the vehicle.

 

When and how does the payment of the package take place?
·    The total amount is paid with the first reservation in each case on taking possession of the vehicle. The payment can be made either in cash or by credit card.

 

If I have bought a package with an excess, can I still take out the Super CDW in individual reservations locally?
·    Yes, if you wish you can take out the SCDW (insurance to exclude the excess) later on taking possession of the vehicle. (see also customer card section).
